I contacted customer care for DermaFi on November 7, 2017 at 9:00 am. I wanted to return unused product and was told I could only return 1 which was purchased in the last 30 days.

I have 3. I was unaware of the 30 day return policy. I wanted to return at least one additional product with the one qualified in the 30 day period. I asked to speak with a manager or the next level and the response was a hang up.

I called again and spoke with another person refusing to let me speak with the next level and again the response was another hang up. I am very upset with the way I was treated. I do have the right to speak with someone else that has more authority. I was denied that right and treated very rudely.

This is DermaFi's "customer care"????

They have their customer care set up so there is no resolution other than hanging up on you. I will keep researching how to make this very public since DermaFi does not care once their product is shipped.

Dermafi's call center has no managers. It is a paid call-receiving center.

They only have a script to read from. I disputed the payment with my bank.

It took about 3 months, but I got my money back. Their product is junk.
